The primary methodologies we use in our work at CoLab are systemic design and strategic foresight. We use design facilitation to inform our methodological approach - the decisions we make about the methods we use, and the order in which we use them.
When combined, we believe that these business-as-unusual approaches are a powerful toolkit that can enhance the relevance, adaptative capacity, and innovativeness of people, services, organizations, and systems.
Systemic Design helps us to frame issues, understand our context, and create fixes.
Strategic Foresight helps us to imagine possible futures and identify where we can best act today in order to both create our desired future and work productively in uncertainty.
Our focus on strategy enables us to plan and implement activities and approaches so that we can not only survive, but thrive.
