Generate – Create and enact prototypes to improve the
situation. Generating takes artifacts
produced by the team and injects them into the world outside the studio in order
to improve the situation for those affected and stimulate learning. Because the world is
continually changing, actions to improve a complex situation will never produce
only the intended results. The gap between expected and actual outcomes is an
opportunity to learn, especially if the initial intervention doesn’t go as
expected. |
