Adapt – Evaluate and reflect on action to learn and
iterate
Adapting involves learning from action and iterating. An important kind of
adaptation is reframing – when the design team shifts their frame of reference
to see the same situation from a new perspective. Reframing enables us to
consider alternative ways to address a problem that were not obvious from the
